Empire Locates is a brand of Auto Inventory Solutions, LLC. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our website, inventory services, vehicle transportation coordination services, and messaging services.

- Contact and business information: name, company, dealership or carrier information, mailing address, email address, and phone number.
- Transaction and service information: vehicle, load, pickup, delivery, driver, payment, document, and customer-support information.
- Messaging information: mobile number, SMS opt-in and opt-out records, message content, delivery status, and support requests.
- Website information: IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, and cookies or similar technologies.
2. How we use information
- To provide inventory, transaction, freight-coordination, and customer-support services.
- To send requested informational and transactional communications, including load, pickup, delivery, driver, ETA, document, and account updates.

All other sharing categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
