Empire Locates provides automobile dealerships with inventory solutions, including locating vehicles, facilitating wholesale transactions, assisting with inventory management, and coordinating vehicle transportation and related operational communications. Specific transactions may be governed by separate written agreements.
2. User responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, use our services lawfully, protect any account credentials, and comply with transaction-specific agreements and applicable laws.
3. Empire Locates SMS program
When you expressly opt in, Empire Locates may send customer-care and informational text messages concerning inventory transactions and vehicle transportation. Messages may include load opportunities or responses, acceptance confirmations, pickup and delivery windows, driver and ETA updates, document requests, transaction status, and support follow-ups.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your active transactions and support requests.
- Charges: Message and data rates may apply.
- Help: Text HELP for help or contact [email protected] or 1 (866) 900-1837.
- Opt out: Text STOP to opt out. After texting STOP, you will receive a confirmation and no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
- Consent: Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Delivery: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Purchases and payments
Transactions, payments, and service fees are governed by the applicable quote, order, invoice, or written agreement between the parties.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Services are provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Auto Inventory Solutions, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our services for unlawful use, violation of these Terms, or conduct that threatens our systems, customers, or partners.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to any applicable written agreement, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Kentucky.
